So Lovely

Hi Judy:

Is your T-shirt American Apparel - its a great length and I love the neckline. Have been looking for a style like that forever. Thanks so much.

stephanie

Wow, I love that necklace! It's fabulous!

Hapsical Blog

such a cool outfit, love it.. i love your deployment of a LOLcat in the post below this one too!

Kym

That necklace is insane! Love the jacket as well...and the 3/4 sleeves are a nice touch!

Amy

I've been pining over this Gryphon jacket for a while now- what is the sizing like? Do you mind me asking which size you're wearing in these pictures? Thanks in advance, and great outfit as always!

Pearl Westwood

Great street look there Judy! Gryphon do the most amazing coats and jackets, I agree, always with some special detail which I love!

mazpe

What a beautiful necklace and jacket!!!

The Photodiarist

That's a fantastic look. Am crazy about the necklace, in particular.

judy@judyaldridge.com

Amy--mine is not sized, but Aimee the designer told me they run a bit small--I know they are selling out, and Nordstrom.com still has stock. Good luck!!

So Lovely-Yes, the t-shirt is American Apparel--it's the Sexuality--however you spell that line. They are the best t's!

Girl in the loft

i love those jeans and I REALLY like the arm band on the jacket. it's so michael jackson-ish. totally sexy.

Style Odyssey

I have that same American Apparel "Sexuali-T" tank. Nice fabric! Wish I'd bought more when I had the chance...
LOVE that Gryphon jacket...necklace, too, especially.
And I don't call those booties, either- sounds silly. I call them ankle boots or shoe boots.
Great street style, as usual!
xo

gennie

this whole look is so perfectly rocker - love it!

william

Total rockstar look. Love it. Especially the ultra luxe tie dye technique used on those jeans and the boots.

Cruz

Wow I love the details on that jacket! You're lucky to be working with a cool brand. :)
I'm still flipping over everything Maniac/LGB/if 6 was 9 you guys got!

Jen

I love this look! Gryphon is one of my favorite lines, I have several pieces from seasons past and have had my eye on this one! Very excited to hear/see more about your collaboration. Thanks for the great post.

Signe

Great outfit, I love the jacket! :)

Cecilia

This is my favourite outfit on you that I´ve seen so far! I love, love, love it! The combination of the pieces is so interesting and they are great pieces on their own as well.

Alison

this is my favorite outfit that you've ever worn since I've been reading SoS. I just love LGB though. aren't jane's python jeans LGB?

The post that Jane wrote when she was in Japan (python jeans...long sweater...hat) was my FAVORITE outfit post of all the outfits I've seen on blog land. I can't really explain why i liked it so much.

I REALLY love this too. Its just soo....ahh...the colors and and...argh. love it.

anyway, I also love that you're commenting at Sisterwolf's blog these days. too funny. My favorite blogs are luxirare, SoS (or anything to do with it,) and Goddammit.

A style theory by Danae

You look so beautiful once again! And you pick all the right shoes. I have been dreaming for an Alejandro Ingelmo pair (any pair) for ever! But I don't even know where they are sold and I guess they must be pricy. Anyway I can look at yours anytime I want!

Love, Danae

sioux

Beautiful jacket, I also strongly believe in the application of different kinds of tapes and decorations on jackets treat dyed and washed, with a vintage look. Some time ago I made a post about Carole Fakiel ( http://carolefakiel.com/home.swf ), a French designer, who uses a lot of tapes and applications for its jackets. As for denim, I find very interesting the fit that you can find on the site of Jbrand, http://www.jbrandjeans.com/

Blogarella

Love the bootleg silouhette with those platforms. It's really fresh. Bx

Beatriz

i love the added beaded detail to the jacket. wicked jeans! i really loved your purchases from tokyo!

Iheartfashion

Love that necklace! Having just seen the Iris Apfel show, I'm having a craving for giant jewelry.

joelle van dyne

great jacket! i love gryphon too- their trenches are great for narrow shoulders, which is so hard to find. and i have a vest from them made entirely out of black beads. can't wait to see what you and jane are working on with them!

i also really like the jeans. i get really sick of seeing hipster tie-dye leggings, but somehow on jeans it looks completely different. ~joelle

Donna Palmer

Please where DID you get your watch ,I love, I want.

MªÁngeles S.T.

Totally rock look, really cool I like it ;)

Sabina

My fovorite piece from this outfit is the necklace!

Laura

I loove your jacket! It suits you!

Carolyn *

I have been lusting after that necklace for so long. Beautiful. I think this is one of my favourite outfits of yours!

srta a

Great pics and looks :)

XX!!

sofiasophie

finally, the outfit is very masculine, in spite of the hight super hight shoes and the amazing neklace.
I think is the jacket wich is just very very masculine...
But is it nice anyway...

Rebecca

You look amazing Judy & the jacket is so lovely. For anyone looking for this Gryphon jacket. If you go to Bloomingdales.com they are having two promotions. 20% off regular price for friends & family and if you spend over $500, you get $100 gift card. They had this jacket in black in XS and L. So the final price including tax is $491.90 plus if you take out the $100 gift card it is $391.90. Not bad....

Cafe Fashionista

Ohmigosh your outfit is amazing! Especially loving that necklace! :)

dreamsequins

Gryphon is a fantastic brand. So happy to see you supporting independent labels! Also in mad mad love with your boots.

Shellie Simpson

I am totally obsessed with Gryphon right now too! I am getting one of their faux-fur vests for Christmas. I can't wait to see what you are working on with them. Keep us updated!

Jackie Fleurie

Flair is actually written flare. But you couldn't have known that...

Fashion infusion

Hi, Jane's mom,
I'd like to let you know that I used this post from you on my blog, i hope you don't mind. I really love the sleeves on your jacket, so i post it on my blog to inspire me to DIY this look. Please let me know if you feel okay for me to use it. Thanks so much! I really love your blog and always read it!!! :)

Jacquie

Sorry, I think it is all just a bit over the top. Way too much going on. Each item great, all together, bit crazy. But that's just my opinion!

StyleAntagonist

Wow Judy,

You're seriously fierce & grunge here. A good breakfree from your previous outfits. So interesting to look at. The jacket & the necklace roared classiness into your outfit. Indeed a new breath of life to your ensembles. Well done!
