Running errands in a jacket by Gryphon. I love this piece! It works great as a warmer coat here in Texas or just a cute jacket to throw on over jeans. Jane and I have a special project in the pipeline with Gryphon for spring--we're very excited about it.
Worn with LGB tie dye jeans purchased this summer in Tokyo, Allejandro Ingelmo boots, and huge Giles and bros necklace.
All of Gryphon's jackets have such great detail.
Close up of beaded arm band...
I love the slight flair on the LGB jeans--I wish there were more jean silhouettes like this. Anyone know of any? The cut is perfect for the Allejandro Inglemo boots. (I can no longer stomach the word bootie--boots from now on)
Love this dress from Gryphon's spring collection.
you are definately rockin that look! simply fabulous!!

I've been pining over this Gryphon jacket for a while now- what is the sizing like? Do you mind me asking which size you're wearing in these pictures? Thanks in advance, and great outfit as always!

Amy--mine is not sized, but Aimee the designer told me they run a bit small--I know they are selling out, and Nordstrom.com still has stock. Good luck!!
So Lovely-Yes, the t-shirt is American Apparel--it's the Sexuality--however you spell that line. They are the best t's!

I have that same American Apparel "Sexuali-T" tank. Nice fabric! Wish I'd bought more when I had the chance...
LOVE that Gryphon jacket...necklace, too, especially.
And I don't call those booties, either- sounds silly. I call them ankle boots or shoe boots.
Great street style, as usual!

this is my favorite outfit that you've ever worn since I've been reading SoS. I just love LGB though. aren't jane's python jeans LGB?
The post that Jane wrote when she was in Japan (python jeans...long sweater...hat) was my FAVORITE outfit post of all the outfits I've seen on blog land. I can't really explain why i liked it so much.
I REALLY love this too. Its just soo....ahh...the colors and and...argh. love it.
anyway, I also love that you're commenting at Sisterwolf's blog these days. too funny. My favorite blogs are luxirare, SoS (or anything to do with it,) and Goddammit.

You look so beautiful once again! And you pick all the right shoes. I have been dreaming for an Alejandro Ingelmo pair (any pair) for ever! But I don't even know where they are sold and I guess they must be pricy. Anyway I can look at yours anytime I want!
Love, Danae

Beautiful jacket, I also strongly believe in the application of different kinds of tapes and decorations on jackets treat dyed and washed, with a vintage look. Some time ago I made a post about Carole Fakiel ( http://carolefakiel.com/home.swf ), a French designer, who uses a lot of tapes and applications for its jackets. As for denim, I find very interesting the fit that you can find on the site of Jbrand, http://www.jbrandjeans.com/

great jacket! i love gryphon too- their trenches are great for narrow shoulders, which is so hard to find. and i have a vest from them made entirely out of black beads. can't wait to see what you and jane are working on with them!
i also really like the jeans. i get really sick of seeing hipster tie-dye leggings, but somehow on jeans it looks completely different. ~joelle

finally, the outfit is very masculine, in spite of the hight super hight shoes and the amazing neklace.
I think is the jacket wich is just very very masculine...
But is it nice anyway...

You look amazing Judy & the jacket is so lovely. For anyone looking for this Gryphon jacket. If you go to Bloomingdales.com they are having two promotions. 20% off regular price for friends & family and if you spend over $500, you get $100 gift card. They had this jacket in black in XS and L. So the final price including tax is $491.90 plus if you take out the $100 gift card it is $391.90. Not bad....

Wow Judy,
You're seriously fierce & grunge here. A good breakfree from your previous outfits. So interesting to look at. The jacket & the necklace roared classiness into your outfit. Indeed a new breath of life to your ensembles. Well done!
