I recently went on a serious hunt for a vintage Ralph Lauren sweater like the ones I loved so much in the 80's--found one I love on E-bay. Here are some photos. Again, thanks so much to the very talented Shannon Sewell.
I got an x-large, I wanted it oversized--
I love black and white photos. Worn with Ann D boots, and extra long toile and lace scarf purchased in tokyo over the summer.
Pictures taken at the Tarantula Train Station in downtown Grapevine.
A few new things on the site too.
love love love the sweaterr!!!

Shannon is talented! Love the backlight in the first photo and the composition and colors in the second. The rust and blue in the background really highlight those colors in your RL sweater. And I always love black and white, so the third shot is great. BTW, the sweater is great find.

Great sweater, I love the cosy, relaxed chic look! The photo's are beautifully done, especially the second one with the rust back ground!

That sweater is perfect! I want one for myself as well. There's a picture of one worn with a plaid shirt and bleached splattered blue jeans, and it's made me want one ever since!

I could hunt forever for anything RL during the winter months. Always looks so cozy! I recently came across a beautiful black and white checked silk dress of his at Goodwill but it really was far too large for me to take in...boo hoo!
This sweater looks like something to curl up in! It's beautiful on you!

It is a wonderful sweater. The shape of it is very forgiving even when it is oversize.
